I am interested in purchasing this plugin for a client and have a few questions:

Does this work with CRM online?
Are forms able to be customized like other form plugins such as CF7?
Does the plugin only use CRM’s out of the box fields or custom fields from CRM can be used?
Is the license fee once off or reoccurring?
    Thanks!
    Matt.

    Hi Matt,

Thank you for your interest in the plugin and your questions.

    1. This plugin is designed specifically for Dynamics Online. We are currently working to ensure support for on-premises Dynamics as well.

    2. Forms can certainly be customized using the full power of Gravity Forms (http://www.gravityforms.com), which is required for the plugin to work.

    3. Custom Fields as well as out of the box fields are supported.

    4. The license fee is a one-time and includes one year of automatic updates and support. You may renew the license code annually at a 30% discount to continue receiving automatic updates and support.

    Hope that helps!

Please let us know if you have any other questions we can answer.

    Thanks again!

  • Adam Anderly

Please see this page https://www.saintsystems.com/products/gravity-forms-dynamics-crm-add-on/ which includes a video demo of the product in action.

Our plugin extends the Gravity Forms plugin (http://www.gravityforms.com) so you need a copy of Gravity Forms, but yes, once you have that you can easily integrate WordPress with any Dynamics CRM instance On-Premises or Online 2011 or later.

  • Great.

    Hi,

I was looking into your solution for a customer of ours.
They want a two way integration:
    1. Pushing info from the site to the CRM
    2. Pushing info from the CRM to the site

    Is this possible?

    Kind regards,
    Jolien
